Atlas 2026
An Expedition into the Architecture of Well-Being
February 26–27, 2026 | Virtual
Where design meets care.
PaperMap Atlas 2026 is a two-day design expedition for those reimagining the systems that sustain the people who care for others.
It’s not a summit or a symposium — it’s a journey through reflection and construction, story and system, emotion and evidence.
You’ll leave not only inspired, but equipped with a shared framework for building measurable, human-centered well-being.
Day 1 · Seeing the Landscape Ahead
Theme: Clarity, Perspective, and Purpose
-
A guided opening to set the compass for the expedition — purpose, rhythm, and reflection.
-
A creative, restorative session to reconnect participants to why their work matters.
-
An applied keynote exploring measurable culture-change models and system design.
-
Guided reflection linking individual purpose to organizational architecture.
-
Closing synthesis and preparation for the next day’s applied design journey.
Day 2 · From Design to Evidence in Practice
Theme: Application, Evidence, and Human Design
-
A centering creative exercise to begin with intention.
-
Practical case studies and frameworks that show measurable outcomes.
-
A live working session applying the Criteria Compass and Meridian frameworks to real challenges.
-
An interdisciplinary dialogue connecting meaning, metrics, and human experience.
-
A collective reflection on the architecture of care — translating insights into next steps.
What Participants Receive
Together, they form a living record of the expedition — both personal and collective.
Every Atlas participant becomes part of a growing constellation of care-system designers — connected through shared frameworks, measurable outcomes, and a community that continues beyond the event itself.
Atlas Field Guide 2026
A digital publication released post-event — a curated collection of Field Notes from the selected session leaders, showcasing frameworks, visuals, and measurable well-being strategies from across disciplines.
Proof Map
A one-page tool each attendee uses throughout the event to capture insights, actions, and frameworks relevant to their organization.
After the Expedition: Compass Circles
The journey doesn’t end when Atlas closes.
Each quarter, Compass Circles gather Atlas participants for facilitated reflection, new frameworks, and peer learning.
It’s a guided community check-in — part professional development, part co-design studio — ensuring the map keeps expanding long after the event.
Why the Atlas Exists
Most conferences raise awareness about burnout.
Atlas builds the architecture beneath it.
By weaving design, evidence, and human story, we move from ideals to proof, crafting a measurable map of what care can look like when systems themselves support well-being.
